Users¶

Username¶

Username—the programmed name will be displayed in the system log, mobile app, etc.

Assigning to a Partition¶

Select which partition the user will be able to manage.

Code¶

The code the user will use. Asterisks indicate that a code has been entered, but the code itself is hidden.

Set Code¶

A field for entering the code the user will use.

Note

In the event of a threat, the user can use the Duress Code. Using the Duress Code to disarm the system disarms the system while simultaneously triggering a silent alarm and notifying the monitoring station. The Duress Code is the same as the user code, but the last digit must be increased by 1.

Serial Number¶

After scanning the remote control, the remote control’s number will be displayed in the Serial Number column, confirming that the remote control has been added to the system.

Scanning¶

In a system where the EXP-RF wireless device expander module has been installed, the system can be operated using remote controls (full arming, night mode arming, disarming, panic). Remote controls can be added to existing users in the system. To add a remote control, press the Scan button in the software, and then press the appropriate button on the remote control, following the remote control manufacturer’s instructions. Details are described in the chapter “Installation of the Wireless Device Expander” for the relevant manufacturer’s devices.

Access Code Options¶

Active¶

Only active codes have access to the system.

Arming¶

This function determines whether a user has the right to arm the system.

Disarming¶

This function determines whether the user has the right to disarm the system.

Zone Blocking¶

This function determines whether the user has the right to block a zone.

Access from the mobile app¶

This feature determines whether the user has access to the mobile app.

Output Control¶

This function determines whether the user can control outputs. Control applies only to outputs defined as user outputs.

Supervisor Code¶

This function determines whether a given user has the authority to supervise the system. The supervisor code has privileges similar to those of the main user—it can add new users and edit existing ones, with the exception of the main user.

Maintenance Code (Cleaner)¶

This function determines whether a given user has maintenance privileges. A maintenance code can disarm the system only once a day but can arm it an unlimited number of times.

Enable Time Schedule¶

A time schedule allows you to restrict a user’s access to specific hours and days of the week. After selecting/enabling the time schedule, choose the days of the week and the times during which the schedule will be active.

QR Code¶

This feature allows you to display and scan the QR code needed to add a user to the mobile app. The user can view the same code after logging in with their keypad code, in the QR Code tab.

Codes¶

Master User¶

The main user’s code. The main user has the highest possible access rights in the system. They have access to all partitions, can add new users, and can edit the properties of existing users.

Show the Main User’s QR Code¶

This feature allows you to view and scan the QR code needed to add the main user to the mobile app. The main user can view the same code after logging in with their code on the keypad, in the QR Code tab.

Installer¶

The installer code is active only if the main user has authorized system maintenance and programming (User Menu / Settings / Allow Maintenance / Number of Hours).

Code Length¶

A parameter specifying the length of access codes. Codes can be 4, 6, or 8 digits long. Once a value is selected, the code length will be the same for all users and the installer.

Note

When selecting a code longer than 4 digits, fill in the missing spaces (at the end of the existing code) by entering the appropriate number of zeros. Example: instead of 4321, enter the code 432100.

Clip¶

The CLIP function allows you to control an output programmed as a “User Output” by calling the SIM card number located in the panel. This function is associated with the Outputs / Partition / User Output tab. Only after selecting or enabling the User Output function for one of the control panel’s outputs will cells associated with that output be added to the CLIP menu. Until then, you can only enter a phone number in the CLIP tab, but you cannot assign any output response.

Active¶

Select a specific phone number–output relationship to enable control.

Phone¶

Enter the phone number from which the output will be controlled.

Output¶

Select the output response to a received CLIP. Choose from: turn on, turn off, or toggle (from the current state to the opposite).
